The other two victims, identified only as Nameju and Ewoi in the available report, were reportedly killed at Nangusilngatuny on October 27.
According to police, National Police Reservist (NPR) officers conducting routine patrols in the area attempted to repel the attackers but were overwhelmed.
During the attack at Lokoliram, two other people sustained gunshot injuries. An NPR officer who had earlier been reported missing was later found.
The injured victims were taken to Kibish Health Centre for treatment and were subsequently discharged in stable condition.
The attackers also reportedly stole an undetermined number of livestock before driving them towards Ethiopia.
Following the incidents, Kibish Sub-County Police Commander Sammy Nyongesa mobilised a multi-agency security team to respond to the attacks.
The team comprises General Duty police officers, General Service Unit (GSU) personnel and Administration Police officers.
The deployment follows the killings and reported livestock theft, as authorities respond to the security situation in the border area.
The reported attacks have renewed concerns about the safety of pastoral communities whose livelihoods depend heavily on livestock and access to grazing areas.
The incidents also highlight the security challenges faced by herders and National Police Reservists operating in remote border areas.
Authorities are expected to pursue the reported incidents and efforts to address insecurity in Kibish, although further details about arrests, recovery of stolen livestock or additional security measures were not included in the information provided.
